What we do...

Our sports performance training improves functional movement to support the physical demands of life and sport. We help athletes of all levels shore up weaknesses, decrease injury risk, and build strength and power.

How we do it..

Elevate your athlete’s performance with the same individualized training and nutrition services that help the world’s top athletes excel.  Our elite athlete training programs combine testing, nutrition, and training to ensure optimal performance for the preseason, in-season, and off-season of any sport.

Any athlete who is serious and wants to raise their game or take training to the next level. Our sports performance training programs provide individualized training based on personal goals and sport-specific demands.

At  Total Impact Sports and Fitness we are the definition of an intentional community.  A small, localized group of persons or families pursuing common interests and values with the purpose of maximizing every opportunity for success on and off the field.
