As the Peninsula's leader of Sports Performance Training, Total Impact Sports and Fitness offers an innovative approach to training – building a solid athletic foundation while focusing on each athlete's individual goals. Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction, rehabilitation, multi-directional speed, agility, explosive power, functional strength and energy system conditioning. Athletes are closely supervised as the coach takes them through an intense workout with attention always on proper technique and safety.
